The Andrew Leadership Academy, part of the College of Business and Technology, celebrated five years of impact in 2026.  

Launched in 2021 to help college seniors, the Academy has graduated 243 trailblazers, each making their mark. Started post-pandemic, to help with the transition from college life to serving their communities, the program has evolved while maintaining its core focus on building confidence in new leaders.

As these trailblazers shape the future of businesses, one lesson from the program continues to resonate with graduates over the five years: without community and strong partners, there is no business.
