ETSU Health clinic schedule changes

ETSU Health clinics will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 30, due to forecasted inclement weather. Clinics will continue to monitor conditions and may make additional schedule adjustments if necessary.

Patients will be contacted to reschedule appointments as needed. Monitor etsuhealth.org/weather-related-schedule-changes.php for additional updates.

Spring 2026 fee payment deadline

Payment for the spring 2026 semester is due on Monday, Feb. 2, by 4:30 p.m. This deadline will not be extended, even if the university is closed due to winter weather.

Students needing assistance with payment over the weekend while offices are closed may email reachout@etsu.edu. Staff will be available throughout the weekend regardless of weather conditions.

Athletics schedule updates

Due to forecasted winter weather, ETSU’s men’s basketball game at Wofford has been moved to Sunday, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m., from Saturday, Jan. 31. The game will still air on CBS Sports Network.

The ETSU women’s basketball team will host Samford on Friday, Jan. 30, at 2 p.m. in Brooks Gym, instead of the previously scheduled 7 p.m. tipoff.

Arts Showcase postponed

Due to potential winter weather, the Mary B. Martin School of the Arts Showcase scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 31, at the ETSU Martin Center has been postponed and rescheduled for Tuesday, March 10, at 6:30 p.m.

All current tickets will remain valid for the new date. For questions, contact the Martin Center Box Office at (423) 439-2787 during normal hours, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

BucShot Routes

Announcement from the Johnson City Transit Service: Due to expected snow, Johnson City Transit will stop operating all BucShot routes/shuttles at 5 p.m. on January 30. Pending weather, services may stop prior to 5 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience.
